Federal authorities have 31 Middle Eastern and Asian citizens in custody -- including two Pakistani men arrested in Miami -- and are searching for 28 more in a broadening investigation into the sale of fraudulent visas at the U.S. Embassy in the Persian Gulf country of Qatar, U.S. officials said Tuesday.

The two Pakistanis in Miami and two Jordanians arrested in Baltimore and Detroit are charged with entering the United States on visas that were illegally obtained at the embassy in Doha, Qatar, for bribes of up to $10,000 apiece.

This is a breach of security committed by the embassy in Qatar. What jail are the issuing authorities being held in? Isn't this country our new ally to replace Saudi Arabia as the nation of choice for our troops in the Middle East?

It depends on which way the wind is blowing at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.

I just heard on Fox that they have an American, from the Qatar Embassy, in custody that was involved in this criminal enterprise. Could this American be the amazing, invisible Craig Livingstone?

Is this how the Clintons made Craig Livingstone and the 900+ FBI files, that were in the White House, disappear along with the secret of who hired him? They banished him to Qatar?

LOL!

The real question is what will be done to the "Americans" caught? Will they be "sentenced to death" for the treason they have committed by aiding the enemy?

I imagine we will present the best "liberal" lawyers we have and they'll probably get off with a slap on the wrist. Maybe a short jail sentence and a fine or two.

Or, maybe they'll go free like the corporate executives that "raped" the little guy during trickle-down Clintethics?

This country needs a serious overhaul of the way we view and treat the enemy, both within and outside our population. I feel we will lose the war and many great men and women if we don't have a change of heart. Someone needs to lead a new "conservative" movement, and I just don't see any of those people in office, today. At the best we have "soft" conservatives posing as staunch Republicans, many of which are questionable left-wingers.

Keep the militia armed, people. If our government can't take care of these people, who knows what chaos the future might hold. I'll pray for the best.

I just heard on Fox that one of the recipients of these fraudulent visas was a former roommate of 2 of the 9/11 hi-jackers!

I'm not sure of the correct spelling, but his name sounded like Al Shinook.

I too, would like to see how the actions of these traitors are defended and what action is taken against them.

You can take the churls out of Qatar, but you can't take the Qatar out of the churls.

I wonder what did happen to the man that nobody hired? Maybe he donned a disguise and and is now called Ziglar!!

In his speach yesterday Bush said that he was going to bring the full weight of the law down on corporate corruption.

I wish he would take the same attitude toward our immigration fiasco. Had the government been doing it's job, chances are 9/11 would never have happened.

Thank you. You know what ticks me off about this? Yesterday Bush got up on TV and said that he was going to bring the full weight of the law down on corporate greed and corruption. I agree with him if in fact federal law was broken. I will leave that up to the SEC.

But what gives this 2 watt light bulb the right to pick and choose what laws he chooses to enforce and and not to enforce.

Why doesn't Bush apply the same principle to immigration law?

I feel sorry for everyone at Enron or Worldcom that lost their job or their saving because of this. But the fact remains that Bush is posturing and pandering again.

The weight of the law applies equally to each and every one of us. Or at least I thought so. But if you forget to pay a parking ticket and it goes to warrants, you go to jail and you have your car impounded.

But what happens if you are an illegal alien? Our government gives them more right than you and I have and we have to pay for it.

Who is responsible for 9/11? Mohammed Atta? Osama bin Laden? Bill Clinton? George W. Bush? Take your pick.

The real culprit here is a two party system that has forgotten about American standards and values. SAVE THE PARTY

Is that all that matter to America anymore? What about America?
