I enjoyed Kon Tiki immensely. Do not fear that there are still men in existance. The OldDominantLiberalMedia simply does not talk of their existance. They ignore them, but they still exist. Nearly any of our special forces qualify.

Thank you. The percentage of rugged individualists in the current population has probably not declined from this fabled time. Sure, few folks sail in Kon Tiki, but they sleep alone in the desert or sail alone on a vast sea or ski down an impossible mountainside.

Thor was great and inspired me as a child just as your namesake inspired me as a teenager. But, there is no reason to lament the passing of great adventurerers or great writers. Both still exist.
