It (the photo) seems to be mostly men doing it...except for the black woman grabbing the white lady's breast from the top. Maybe it won because it was a show of multi-cultralism at work.

Correct you are, but the majority of those in the photo were "coming of age" during the example of X42, who made it "acceptable" in the eyes of teenage boys on the cusp.

Aggie Mama...I don't believe she was asking for it either. I have seen this behavior (WITHIN seconds) at the infields of the Kentucky Derby and The Indianopolis 500. These inebriated and/or stoned out snots acted like sharks in a feeding frenzy. Thanks goodness, undercover police stepped in, but the stripping/groping was already underway. Disgusting.

Is it just me, or does it seem that there are now predictable atrocities taking place at every Seattle mardi gras? This year, it's the molestation. A couple years ago, it was a public brawl/rampage that resulted in death. Is the city so awash in abortion that it's citizens no longer give a latte about anyone's human rights?

Seems to me the police could use this photo to start picking up guyz for sexual abuse, etc. There's a guy in the upper left with a video camera. Track him down and take the tape for evidence.

Didn't the NYC cops do this some time back when some women were asaulted in Central Park?
