This one is really cause for worrry. The DTRA was founded by SecDef Cohen in October 1998. I have a hunch you will soon hear a great deal about DTRA director Jay Davis, deputy director Maj Gen Frank Moore and Dr. Jacques Gansler, undersecy for Acquisitions and Technology.

We've heard a lot of this before, and nothing was done. The constitution has been trashed, and our elected representatives think this is status quo. Some day...this treason will be dealt with, I wish I knew when.

I hope this encourages other prisoners, excuse me,employees of the Clinton admin to come forward with other "discrepancies" like this. There will be a day when x42 has to answer for everything he has done;I just hope Im around to see it.

What's the *%&^$* use? Unless or until a nuke lands on us Bushs' DOJ will see to it that this goes no where.

Ala Loral....began working for the DTRA in April 2000...
This is not the Loral case. There were numerous cases like this going on during Klintoon/Gore years. The Loral case occured in 1996 before DTRA. Many others involving computer technology including SGI occured over the following years.

Bushs' DOJ will see to it that this goes no where.Agree. Ashcroft disbanded the campaign finance task force which means Chinagate.
What a dilemma. There will be no justice here and JW has not much a record and is flaky at best. They have produced some success such as finding John Huang, but I am pessimistic,
Still, I wonder what the inveterate JW bashers have to say.

"Mr. Auguste was told by his superiors that although he was an engineer, he had to put aside his technical concerns, and take ?political and economic? factors into consideration in his evaluations." Klayman at it again. Told to put aside? More likely told to consider. The laws and regulations surely don't just have a technical component to them. There very well be some serious wrongdoing here especially if his assessment that some of the technology was classifed and was going to the wrong places. FYI, we "export" classifed info all the time to many countries, e.g., NATO countries. I need much more info on this before jumping to conclusions.
