Freedom of speech is freedom of speech. And what they’re going to run into is that American USE TikTok for speech. And banning it because it leaks information the same as every other app on phones just isn’t going to stand.

I’m very confused about this. What gives the US Government the right to order a change of ownership in any company? Especially a company that’s not even a US company? I mean, Tik Tok should be banned, but I don’t get how we think we can force them to sell it. And to whom, by the way? Jim & Hunter Biden?
