Admiral Levine is NOT a member of the United States Navy...he is a commissioned officer of the United States Public Health Service...that organization does not fall under the auspices of the U.S. Department of Defense, if I am not mistaken...

A recent report covered U.S. Navy brass and contractors visiting a South Korean military naval shipyard. What struck the visitors was how far advanced (better than the U.S.) in the use of technology and other modern shipbuilding means in all the South Korean operations.
Which means she's near the tail end of her career; it might be more suitable to strip the ship down and let her play the starring role in the next Sinkex.
Once Washington start needs spares and replacements and discovers the parts, or sub-assemblies of those parts, are coming from the East Asian theater or China directly, it will be all downhill from there.

Apparently you don’t, but I guarantee you millions of young men out there see Levine wearing and disrespecting the uniform of a United States Navy Admiral and are disgusted.
As a result, many of these young men don’t enlist. Accordingly, the Navy is missing it’s enlistments goals by 40%. Oh, and sometimes warships can’t go to sea due to understaffing (Liberals call it a “maintenance problem”).
Down through the centuries, “Admirals” in the Navy and others down through the ranks have been punished severely for conduct adversely reflecting on the Naval Service. She’s the FIRST tranny to ever be allowed to wear a Navy Admiral’s Uniform and there is a reason for that. I’m sorry you don’t understand it. That’s the problem.
So, my friend, when you say Admiral Levine has absolutely nothing to do with the US Navy you are dead wrong. But, The Left in the US appreciates and is all smiles at your naivete.

“Admiral” Dickless Levine is not a US Naval Officer. He is not disgracing the uniform of the United States Navey because he is not WEARING the uniform of the United States Navy.
Check your facts. You are posting from a position of ignorance.
As I just replied to North Mountain, Levine is the first and only tranny to wear the uniform of a United States Navy Admiral.
I Googled WHY? she was (allowed to wear a Navy Admiral’s Uniform) and Google, true to form, has censored any such discussion OUT. If anyone can find it, I would love to see it.
Whatever the reason, in my opinion, millions of men in the United States and around the world are offended (or is the 2020’s word “triggered”) by the insult conveyed by Levine.
Her fake high rank in the Navy does not help the Navy recruit either.....which is no doubt one contributing reason why the Navy cannot meet it’s staffing requirements at the moment which almost certainly is why ships can’t go to sea despite what The Left says about it.
Meanwhile the Chinese are laughing their asses off at us.
The Federal Public Health Service commissioned corps is a uniform service. Their uniform is modeled on that of the US Navy. The commissioned corps is led by the surgeon general, who holds the rank of vice admiral (O-9). Not defending this and the current ‘it’ occupying the O-9 slot in any way, just stating facts.
