Not really. Such incidents seem disproportionately caused by rich kids.
If we were not given his name or race —then we would know that the homicide driver was either black or illegal.

He totalled TWO other cars in the past year while speeding, and now is driving a very nice and relatively expensive Audi. Sounds like affluenza to me.

Probably not. The families from his neighborhood tend to be conservative and wealthy, not liberal and wealthy.

How many parents would put the kid in ANOTHER brand new car AFTER totaling 2 cars in less than a year from speeding?? The RICH part here is very much a part of the story, a middle class kid would NEVER have received 3 cars in less than a year!!

He’s against driving 112 mph in a 40 mph zone.
The thinking is the kid never had to exercise self discipline or face consequences because daddy was rich.
