Not just Presidents—if I were on the jury I would want to know exactly what Hillary had on her home brew server that led to no indictment.
Ditto for Biden as Senator and Vice President.
I would want a full understanding not just of what the law says but how it is been applied in the real world.
All that is true. But the point of the case was to waste Trump’s time/resources and help fools/Democrats convince themselves that Orange Man Bad. Smith’s game now will be keeping the case alive and in the news until the election.
I do believe the Judge is using this ruling to eventually toss the case. She knows this is nonsense.
