Saved the taxpayers of New York a lot of money by comparison of expenditure of rounds. A little dead or a lot dead makes no difference.

If trained professionals with body armor and backup need 36 rounds to deal with a single bad guy, how many rounds should someone all alone and wearing jeans and a t-shirt who gets set upon by a gang of bad guys need?
10? 7? 5? None? Call the cops, who are just minutes away?
