They are floating the idea of battery powered electric driven ferry boats in WA state. They are holding off on buying replacements as the old hybrid Diesel electrics wear out. Imagine salt water on batteries big enough to push a 300 passenger boat, with j125 cars on the lower deck. All cars lost, all passengers lost, as the explosions and firestorm runs through a boat in plain sight of residents of Seattle/Tacoma/Bainbridge/Kingston/Bremerton/San juans/Port Townsend/Vancouver et al
