What I find interesting about what Fani said to Bradley (i.e., "Fani Willis warned Bradley: 'They are coming after us'") is why did Fani include Bradley in "us"?

Bradley seemed to be an innocent by-stander.

From everything so far, Bradley does not appear to be involved in the Fani-Wade scam...unless something is missing from the evidence.

Was there another side hustle that included Bradley?

I was thinking she was telling Bradley they were coming after her and Wade.

That possible, but why would she tell Bradley that he had to clam up, "they're coming after us," unless Bradley had skin in the game.

Bradley wasn't a friend of Fani's. In fact, in court he testified that he'd never spoken with her directly.

Bradley was a "sort of" friend and de facto law partner to Wade...so why didn't Wade tell Bradley, "They're coming after Fani and me."

It makes no sense for Fani to call Bradley unless Bradley is somehow involved in Fani's scam.

Well she told Bradley he didn’t need to be talking about them to anyone so I think she was just trying to keep him quiet.

Perhaps. But it looks like an admission of guilt by Fani to a person with whom she has no personal relationship.

Bradley's relationship is with Wade...not Fani. At least that was the testimony in court.

In fact, according to Bradley's testimony, Wade had only mentioned his affair with Fani one time.

One time.

That would make a phone call from Fani to Bradley look quite strange.

The prevailing theory is that she threatened Bradley not to talk about her and Wade. I think that’s likely.

What prevailing theory? This alleged testimony from Cindi Lee Yeager just came to light over the weekend and she hasn’t spoken about it publicly (to my knowledge).

One question I have is how did Fani get Bradley’s phone number? It seems to me Wade would have given it to her. Phone records should be easy to check if this pursued further.

This is what’s being alleged. Its likely true. Its not worth arguing about. I’m willing to accept it.

Excellent point.

We know that Fani threatened Wade's wife. Was her call to Bradley around the same time? And was Fani reaching out to everyone who could cause problems...or was something else going on.

More and more evidence keeps coming to the surface and it demonstrates just how little is known about the Fani-Wade financial scam.

I'm not trying to argue. It's just that no one knows what really went on behind the scenes because Fani, Wade, et al. have engaged in a comprehensive conspiracy to prevent the truth from coming out.

There are no prevailing theories because the story keeps changing as more and more evidence keeps coming out.

I think what happened was Fani got wind of Ashleigh Merchant sniffing around last fall. My guess Ashleigh was making some phone calls and one of those people let Fani know...

THAT IS WHY THERE WAS NO SIGNED ATTORNEY CONTRACT & NO MONEY PAID TO BRADLEY.

I wonder if Fani has ordered Moving trucks yet???

WADE & BRADLEY WERE BOTH ATTORNEYS-—PARTNERS IN SAME FIRM,

THERE WAS PRIOR TESTIMONY THAT THERE WAS NO CLIENT/ATTNY CONTRACT AND NO PAYMENT FOR SERVICES COULD BE SHOWN.

WADE was declaring “CLIENT/ATTORNEY” PRIVILEGES on a number of questions.

ANOTHER LIE.

That would make a lot of sense.

Someone catches wind of Bradley's texts with Ashleigh and Fani jumps into action to put out this fire.

What would be helpful would be a timeline of all this. We know that Bradley's texts to Ashleigh were dated January 5th but the texts don't show the year. Was it 2022, 2023, or even 2021?

And from the "David Shafer notice of proposed testimony" to the Superior Court of Fulton Country, we know the following:

In or around September of 2023, Mr. Bradley was visiting Ms. Yeager in her office when Mr. Bradly received a telephone call. Ms. Yeager could hear that the caller was District Attorney Willis
The fact that Bradley's texts were on January 5th and Fani's call to him was in September (of whatever year) leads us to believe that she must have been calling about something other than the texts.

MAYBE NOT.

IT CERTAINLY TEARS APART the claims of CLIENT/ATTORNEY PRIVILEGE WADE WAS CLAIMING...BUT NEITHER HE OR BRADLEY COULD PRODUCE a SIGNED CLIENT/ATTORNEY CONTRACT FOR SERVICES OR PRODUCE PROOF OF PAYMENT FOR SUCH SERVICES.

JUDGE SAID he would rule in 2 weeks.

The deadline to file to run for the judge’s position expires that day or the day before.

Right now, there are no challengers for that position.

AFTER this fiasco-—THERE MAY NEVER BE ANYONE ELSE WHO WANTS TO GET INVOLVED.
