The citizens know better. When crimes are not prosecuted, crime “statistics” go down, crime goes up.
Courts and cops are not looking for crime.

You can just see some wispy, earnest young college coed babbling this tripe with her eyes wide as if it’s gospel.
And nodding her head incessantly to reinforce it as The Truth.
And the same person 40 years ago would have argued just as vehemently that more people is an environmental disaster, that no one should be having kids, and that immigration should be zero. Along with birth rates.

I’m sure there are a lot of articles like this. Apparently, the FBI changed to a new reporting system in 2021 and a lot of major cities no longer report everything.
Not a drop in crime...just a drop in crime statistics.

Illegal aliens are 100% criminals. Every damned one of them. Every illegal alien, therefore, increases crime rates.
AND, ignored is that illegal aliens won’t report crimes for fear of getting in the system. Although why they fear now is strange since the democrats are grabbing their ankles to make illegal aliens immune to justice.

The news in Houston TX is that PD just cleared 240K cases and never even investigated them. And they wonder why criminals are so brazen.
2024 crime data? Like 2 months of data. Fine. Ship 100’s of thousands more to these scum holes.
It’s easy to make the crime rate look low when you refuse to arrest and prosecute crime and downgrade felonies to misdemeanors.
Did NBC talk to anyone that lives in these cities?

Even one death caused by someone who shouldn’t even be in our country is too many. It’s also not just the murders committed by illegal aliens, it’s the thousands of deaths caused by the drugs being brought in, mainly fentanyl allowed by the open borders.
Densely packed poor people commit the most crime since dirt turned brown.
It is a logical fallacy to import endless poor people, densely pack them and claim less crime.
The murder capitals of the nation are also at or near all time highs.
I am going to assume that only certain type of crimes are down. Mostly because they are now reclassified or no longer considered crimes at all. But major crimes against persons and property are on the rise. The numbers would show improvement but the real stats would show what we all know.
Does anyone believe NBC?
