Oh my goodness.....let’s hope you don’t have any snow lke that. I’ve had more than 10’ so far, very unusual for me, and I really don’t want any more.
Good evening, lightman...we won’t forget, ever!
It must be a big shock to their little bodies after it’s been so warm. BRRRRRR
Yep, it’s gonna be a cold night and the next two days will be a little cool but not as chilly as today. At least it’ll be warm Saturday and beyond.
No, no snow or sleet. There was probably some in the mountains. Even if we’d gotten any, it would have melted on contact because the ground was so warm.

LOL! I’ve already been running them off the vents. I turned on the electric blanket in the living room and that’s helped.
Hi Sissie! Hiya Ma!
Always will remember them!
Hope you are doing well!
radu-how’s the back today?
Howdy, MS.B!
The back’s not as cranky today. I’m taking it easy so I’ll be able to work at the military museum Saturday. We’ll be moving a lot of stuff around as we begin rearranging everything in there.
Well, color me shocked! Hubby just opened the door to let Ginger back in the house, and it’s RAINING! That’s exciting to me. And at 39 degrees, it’s got a real chill to it. Hope we get enough to count.
Glad the snow missed y’all! Something you really didn’t need, though the moisture is always a good thing. There were some great photos of the museum on Facebook earlier today...the things they are moving around within. I thought of them when you spoke of mountains. LOL!
Hi there, Sis! Hope you’re feeling better tonight! I’m doing great! We voted today and I always feel such a relief after doing so. :)
I was being conservative. LOL!! I just know there were more than usual.
If I was a pilot using Lake Hood I would be leary of the unpredictable winds.
YAY! I was hoping the rain I saw earlier would move up over you and not scoot east and miss you. Yep, it isn’t a pleasant rain when the temp is in the 30s but it still counts. You need it bad.
I got a half inch this morning when the front came through. It was all over by the time I woke up.
Da Boss told me he and one of the others had already moved a few things around at the museum and had filled in the old mechanics pit. They’ve been talking about doing that for a couple of years. I’ll see it when I go up Saturday to work. Lots of work days ahead to get it all done but I’m looking forward to it.
LOL! When they all pile in like that, it’s HARD to get an accurate count.
I didn’t see any of the small planes today. Some might have landed when the cam wasn’t aimed towards the landing strip though. No cam ops lately to track the air traffic. Something happened and none of them can log on to the cam controls.
They never should have changed over to StarLink. It’s been a mess ever since that was done.
God Bless them all...thanks, luvie.
Yesterday at Wichita Ridge:
How's everyone doing this morning?
Howdy, E.G.C. ((HUGZ))
Were you comfy enough in your jumpsuit to be able to enjoy your outing with Gizmo? He didn’t seem to mind the chill. :-)
And as always, thank you for what you do. I hope you’re all doing well this evening.
Howdy, Allegra.
Happy Leap Day to you too.
Were you lucky enough to miss out on this round of cold or did it dive that far south?
Hiya, radu!
No, we got the high winds and temperature-plummet in the middle of the night. I switched the heater on this morning. Now, it’s chilly and raining. (Yay on the rain part.)
I guess it’s really nippy in your neck of the woods?
Sounds like here though our temperature plummet was this morning.
Yay, you’re getting rain too! That system’s coming through here tomorrow night with a warm-up to follow. I’m ready. It’s too darn nippy tonight. brrrrrr
