I went to school in the 1980s, too. My “internship” was a part-time job doing menial work at an engineering firm that nobody else wanted to do. It was the best education I ever got.

Instead wasting money on easy, useless degrees they often are not even able to get, they should get some real well paying job not requiring college education. There are plenty of those, everywhere!

I have a buddy who's brother started out as a driver for one of the package delivery companies and worked his way into management. He was making good money until he was caught diddling a female staffer..

Oh I’m sure...I learned a lot more on the job than I did in the classroom...the hard part is finding someone who will give you a chance.

In all likelihood a college graduate of one hundred years ago would think the courses that nearly half of today’s students graduated with are barely high school courses.

Government Schools are for dues paying union members, not for teaching students.. .. we are graduating students from government schools who cannot proficiently read nor do math..

School districts responded by lowering standards .. Randi Weingarten is rubbing her hands in glee.

Most of my 13 yr old kid’s classes are presided over by two teachers. The classes aren’t large either. Whoever pulled this off is a genius.
