RE: The police are NOT there to protect you.
Police will do two things:
1) Protect the perps from angry relatives and others in the crowd. Crowd people assaulting the perps would be a crime and subject to punishment and lawsuits.
2) Fill out full, complete reports for the records. Now that it’s over.
The FBI is supposed to say “this was definitely not in any possible way connected to terrorism” followed by “at this time we have no suspects or leads and are reaching out to the citizens to tell us if they have any information.”
During the presser, the mayor pointed at gun violence…….overlooked thug violence. It is time the black communities get their people under control, instead of blaming the guns, blame media, black city leaders, race baiters, DEMS for instigating race hatred for political power, TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!

From KCPD Chief - now 22 gunshot victims. Have multiple suspects in custody, still unclear if the one tackled by bystanders is one of them. Also unclear if these is more than one crime scene. Also, there may be children in hospital that are separated from parents. Still ongoing investigation at a very large crime scene.
