That is exactly what happened in my workplace.
Whites quickly learned that the safest move was to stay away from black people—and we got very skilled at it.
When work at home started we were laughing so hard.....no more LaQuishas and Takwandas to worry about...yes!
You should treat your anti-white employer with all the respect they have given you.

Soviet Union and its satellites subjected the population to unceasing communist propaganda training. Everybody had to attended, forever.
But, one day, it all suddenly collapsed and all that training went to waste.
It trained people what to say in public, but inside, all it created was resentment. Even people who were not really political, resented spending their time listening to nonsense!

To be fair the real intent of DEI is to promote racism, not reduce it..................
But this catches them in a conflict of stated purpose and real purpose.
The evil effects of DEI also help to explain why white men are now said to be disengaging from education, professional careers, and white collar employment. Ultimately, much of DEI — even the use of the term diversity — can be traced back to bad rulings from our often rotten Supreme Court and federal judiciary.
My institution got a taste of DEI in 2022 and the systems office must have got a lot of negative feedback because a big chunk of it disappeared in 2023. In 2022 the companies annual training trashed white employees and white culture. At the end of the survey it asked have you ever faced discrimination or a hostile work environment and I replied I hadn’t faced any or seen any in 30 years of employment until I took this training and it was blatant racism, discriminatory, and created a hostile work environment and it was Human Resources and top management who were the abusers. Others blistered the training as well. Will see what 24 has in store come July.
Gee, no kidding. Morgan Freeman said that the best way to end racism was to stop talking about race, and the entirety of the Left has moved as far and fast as possible in the opposite direction, with predictable results.
A lot of those progressive ideas aren’t aging well...

See how quick it was for anti-Semitism to come back? Its now in vouge to hate Jews. So to will come anti-black racism will comeback. The new racists will not wear robes or burn crosses but be just as evil as the old KKK or even worse. We are in for a wild ride. Guilt only works when you have your bills paid and a full stomach, racism flourishes when people are hungry and wish scapegoats to blame for their misfortunes.
Being told you are bad and evil because of the color of your skin makes people bitter?

if kids can know truth of that’s not right to do, why try to force train any people to accept it. it’s pure evil.
Personally, I prefer to call it ‘Diversity, Inclusivity Equity’ training (aka DIE training). In other words, the ‘woke’ communists, like Justin(e) Castreau and his band of useful idiots, would like Canadian conservatives and ‘severely normal’ Canadians to just DIE.
