And forget about the statute of limitations, as was demonstrated in New York, you can simply temporarily extend them charge Biden and then put them back to where they were.

If one looks at his record for the last 50 years he’s always been cuckoo it’s why the party chose him they run the office.
Some would say that in an election year, Biden’s fate is in the hands of the voters. The Founding Fathers did not introduce any such qualification test or removal protocol even though across the ocean, King George III, their original nemesis was losing his mental faculties.
