California and Colorado will become a separate state outside of the US. There are enough people coming in and enough people leaving California as well as the rest of the west coast to create a separate state. America will be from Nebraska up and the rest to the west will gradually have a replacement population larger than the one there. China will likely control it. Because they will have the man power to populate it and the money and arms to control it. Caucasians will be a small minority. The Chinese will wipe away the drug addicts. And control the rest. The new country will likely flow into Canada as well so the US has no contact with the Pacific Ocean. This is very close to a done deal.

Every immigrant in the country on an order to appear in 2028 needs to be deported by local law enforcement every time they arrest them on a felony charge. No questions. No federal intervention. Deport them and clear up the docket for the next 30 years. Just the court costs for immigration appearances comes to over $100 Billion. The amount of time to process each immigrant thru background checks and research comes to more than 800 million hours at 40 hours per case.
