Thank you for calling attention to what looks like a really valuable book on the vaccines issue. Unfortunately, sending message to ALL really does NOT reach anyone, it merely allows one to post a comment without sending it to a specific person. That is why I always list a number of people if I want people to be aware of my comments. You are right, I am not a doctor, although worked at various medical sites, and in laboratories, and was a science major. With money and stamina, I would probably have become a doctor as I had the interest and the grades.
When I am making suggestions to parent’s questions, I do advise discussing with the doctor, but realize many are attached to the current Big Pharma approach between large organized medical establishments and all that free medicine handed out to medical students. Therefore I always emphasize the importance of good nutrition and never getting any vaccine when ill or feeling poorly. I was not aware of the problem of mixing more than one vaccine in a single shot, except for the MMR. I know they are currently talking about or working on putting Covid, flu, RSV, and perhaps others of current concern in single shots.
Last century, many children received many vaccines without serious complications. The problem with Autism which began to arrise, also seemed to be a potential result of too many multiple vaccinations given at one time. I point out the stress to the body of multiple vaccinations, but parents are also concerned with the cost of multiple visits, so I have no way of knowing to what extent any one parent will decide what is the wisest choice for their situation. Nor do I know what kind of advice their doctor is likely to give. Thus I stress the importance of good nutrition and supplementation where appropriate. My mother noted that over the 20 years she was teaching there seemed to be a noticeable reduction in the quality of the childen she taught. She attributed it to the major increase in sugar loaded cereal and mass feeding like McDonalds. This was from the 1960s to the 1980s.
In the past 10 years Kaiser Permanente has given me 2 kinds of pneumonia shot, tetenus, flu, shingles, and .MMR. Starting 2021 I have had 2 flu, 2 J&J, and one Shingles. Beginning Jan. 2023 I have had a total of 5 months of severe coughing illness, with vulnerability cause by weight gain connected with worry about 3 loved ones dealing with cancer, and drop in my blood Vitamin D level from optimum to insufficient. I immediately started dieting using the low carb approache and quality vegetables and proteins (more seafood). This week I had my annual physical. I have lost 24 lbs, BP was 120 over 65, I may have gained height (or was measured wrong?), and lungs and heart were completely normal. My new young doctor also wants to see if I still need Levothyroxin (thyroid) meds, my only med. I await my lab results with interest. He suggested Covid, flu, and tetenus vacs. “No, no, and no.” “OK.” I will wear my mask in public, take my supplements, and eat healthy. I am 85 years old, well and active. After a few years in regular use (time tested) I might take an RSV vax as I suspect that is what made my partner and me so ill after he babysat his sick grandchild and brought home the germs.
There’s a book I have been reading called The Brain’s Way of Healing by Norman Doidge. There is a chapter in there that deals with successful treatment of ADD/ADHD, and autism using brain retraining.
What he says is very common for children diagnosed with autism is brain inflammation. It would make sense that this vaccine load would cause an inflammatory response that could play a role in the development of autism that appears to be connected to vaccines.
I have heard of too many accounts of the timing of the onset of autism in perfectly normal and normally developing children to dismiss off hand that vaccines can play a role in it.
My fault. I created the ‘All’, ‘Y’all’, and ‘No One In Particular’ screen names with the intent of providing a ‘dummy’ screen name to post to, to avoid a harsh criticism of the general state of affairs, or the threads source article as being taken as a personal slam.

On the day we went for Covid vaccines in 2021, in addition to our regular supplements I also gave me and my partner 500 mg Quercetin and 50 mg Zinc, and continued these for a week. I had absolutely no pain or irritation of my arm except for the first 10 minutes after having the needle stuck in. I also take Vitamin C at least 4 times a day for inflammation (allergies). I think the same approach with smaller doses could be used to protect children from inflammatory responses caused by vaccines.

I keep hearing that vitamin C is an anti-inflammatory but I am sensitive to it. I take it and react to it. It puts me in a tough place because in my case it seems to cause inflammation. But maybe I’m just not able to take enough to see the anti-inflammatory part kick in.
What form are you using for your Vitamin C? There is ascorbic acid, calcium ascorbate, magnesium ascorbate, rose hips, acerola, and several others. Also subgroups of the C family including rutin,

I typically take 6 or 7 grams of C daily, but have taken as much as 24 gms. with viral illness. In a wilderness setting, I once gave a woman 50 grams of C over 8 hours because she was choking to death after 3 yellow jackets stung her in the neck. She had forgotten her bee allergy kit. The next day she hiked out 3 miles to civilization.
I can’t do ascorbic acid. VERY sensitive to that.
I’m trying calcium ascorbate and reacting to that but it’s not as bad. I can tolerate it enough to manage even though I suffer from it greatly.
The weird thing is, they do not appear to be classic allergic reactions. For one thing, they take almost 10 hours to manifest. Then there is some slight congestion but a LOT of burning of the mouth and tongue, but very little apparent swelling. So it’s very painful for several hours.
Also, antihistamines don’t seem to help as much as ibuprofen.
I will look at some of the other forms of vitamin C. Very few people seem to have any clue about what to do for someone with vitamin C sensitivities. And I have a friend who has also been diagnosed with the same mast cell disorder and she is very sensitive to it as well.
It is very difficult to get enough vitamin C when you react like this every time you take it. But not taking it will kill you. Damned if I do and damned if I don’t.
There is precious little information on the web about vitamin C sensitivities and how to deal with them.
