Does this clown not realize that any verdict handed down will be appealed based on basic mistatement of facts. So many just have to attack Trump at every turn during their 15 minutes of imfamy.
To commit a fraud you have to have an injured party as a plaintiff. There are none.
Trump gives them postions because they kiss his ass and stroke his ego. Then when they get into a bad situation, because they are sleezy grifters, they turn on him. Why would anyone with billions to lose hire a lawyer like Cohen other than poor judgement? To answer because he “has always loved giving a helping hand to losers”; is delusional. Don’t try to turn his lack of staffing discernment from a pile of crap to a cupcake.
