Don’t worry many of them are coming back through the southern border.

According to the article: “Many of the weapons were sent to a U.S. military logistics hub in Poland, while others were shipped directly to Ukraine.”
There should at the least be a minder(s) traveling with these shipments, guaranteeing delivery to a warehouse distribution point. In the case of using a logistics hub in Poland, someone should have been in charge of monitoring until shipment and delivery to Ukraine. Someone else needs to be responsible for tracking the out-shipping of batches of supplies to the field.
Many decades ago I was chatting with some of the bookkeepers in an international organization about bookkeeping of the military. One fellow commented he knew of a case where the bookkeepers in charge could not find 12 missing main battle tanks. I think this was a period between Korea and Vietnam, but the missing tanks had been in Europe.

The Japanese attacked us directly. We responded. It was our war.
This is NOT our war. We should NOT be funding Ukraine’s war with Russia.
Since we are sending our weapons over there, they DO OWE US an accurate accounting of every piece of equipment we give them. Period.
“Ukraine’s war with Russia.”
Russia started the war. Russia can end the war by quitting and going home.
At least the short guy changes his clothing occasionally.
They gonna need LOSTA toilet paper!
All you folks claiming they never left the USA...
Maybe the thing to do here would be to no longer ship any more weapons until these are accounted for. If I sold/gave something to someone else & they claim to have never got it, I’d sure want an accounting.
Nothing would surprise me anymore
You’re right-Russia started the war. It doesn’t change my point of view.
