NGOs have the ear and the largesse of the Federal Government, through several of the branches of the Deep State, at their disposal. These funds are being chiseled out of appropriations made for the WIC program and general welfare benefits from HUD, Department of Education, and even Homeland Security. The left-leaning billionaires do not use their own money, no, no, but expedite the means to drain Federal funds that are not being adequately audited or under ready review. So we end up getting shafted double, first in not being allowed to resist the influx, then paying the participants handsomely for playing the game so well.
