I get that all the “big Mike” and trans jokes are funny-but the truth is that is she is just a big, fat, bossy and unattractive female who is no less a grifter than Hillary Clinton, has no manners and no taste in clothes. She is a female, the kids are her offspring-and Odumbo is probably the dad, since one of them looks like him and is just as obnoxious. Michelle is a lot of unattractive things, but she is NOT a guy, no matter how much some people want her to be one...
I’ve known/worked with women like her-huge, unfeminine, fat, etc-most were married to little wimpy guys they bossed around and controlled, they had kids, etc-they were not trannies/guys in disguise. Why not make jokes about the REAL less-than-nice qualities of grifter Michelle?

Thank you for posting that-many here insist on believing the fantasy that she is a guy-mostly based on some photos that have been photoshopped/altered to suggest that she has a package, but no real info. If it were real, the factual info would be all over the known universe via the internet by now- complete with records, surrogacy information etc. You are also correct in saying there are plenty of phony and less-then-nice things about the former 1st grifter...
One can easily google images of “Michelle Obama father” or brother or mother, and there are countless pictures of her as a little GIRL. For example:
