Maine, Colorado and any other state that removes President Trump should be excluded in the next Presidential election, period. This is equivalent of a declaration of war against our country. The people of those states should remove those criminals forcefully if necessary.
You are spot on with that. I’m not a lawyer but have been involved in a few legal situations at work. Sitting in meetings the discussion has often been about the process....and the legality of various approaches and what angles would get us into trouble if they were pursued and which would not.
These people are operating as if none of that exists....as if the legal process allows them complete protection and immunity to make any accusation they want with zero consequences.
I’m oft reminded of the first codified legal system.....the 10 Commandments. While half of these provided a cursory code of how people relate to each other there is no further differentiation of one ‘part of the code’ having more weight than another.....thus while there are commandments addressing stealing and murder there is also an equal one dealing with the ‘bearing of false witness’. People ignore this at their peril....

Years ago - much more than a decade now - Soros launched his assault on America’s election process with an all-out effort to get corrupt state Secretaries of State elected into office. He realized that in these offices all the major decisions affecting elections are made. What we saw in Nevada, Georgia, Michigan, and elsewhere in 2020 is the handiwork of George Soros. Why the man is not taken to task for his interference tells us that our entire political system is rotten to the core.
These people are going to push someone to decide the Tree of Liberty needs to be watered. I am not suggesting that we are to that point and this is not a threat but there is likely someone out there that believes we have reached that point.
