There might have been a time when this would have been considered OK, perhaps as were emerging from segregation. The playing field has gone from level to skewing hard to minorities. This has to stop. No one alive in the US was a slave in the US (except taxpayers). All the programs provided ample opportunity to get ahead. Corrective actions have now been multi-generational. End ALL of the racial biases now. Shitcan all the DEI crap too. Judge one another on the content of their character.
