It’s deja vu all over again.

“No different than “sue for the right” to shoot your neighbor.”

You need to send that comment to The Babylon Bee.

She can drive to Ohio or Illinois and get an abortion. She doesn’t need to sue anyone.

“Why can’t she just travel to another state?”

Probably because by doing that she wouldn’t get her 15 minutes of fame. That law is for all Kentuckians, not to be different with her. This is why in the early years if you didn’t like what your state or town did by law, you had every opportunity to move. Gotta take the good with the bad and if this is bad enough...move.

The reason the overturning of Roe was so important is because it got the topic back to the states and out of federal control. So if Kentucky chooses this way, then that’s the wonder of democracy. And trying to say I didn’t vote that way is just a cop out as part of being a citizen is having the right to place your one vote and not having it erased because it didn’t agree with someone elses. And it therefore is no less or more important than the other guys’ or gals’ vote. It is equal. So, you had your say.

However, this does open up a real interesting situation as if the state goes for Biden, and I want Trump, does that mean I can sue the state for the assistance to all future conservatives because I don’t like the way it was decided?

Dating in general is such a mess these days that a lot of men won’t have to worry about getting a such a woman pregnant.

Then move to a state that allows the killing of babies.

This woman in Kentucky who wants an abortion she is being selfish, she plainly states this isn’t about something being wrong with the child, she just doesn’t want a baby..well tough cookies she should have thought about that before spreading those legs of hers..she can put the baby up for adoption if she doesn’t want the baby but for these selfish beasts they just think about themselves not the human life inside of them

demanding the right to an abortion

Where is that “right” enumerated?

You do not have a right to commit murder.

“A flight on Southwest to a state with legal abortion would be a lot cheaper.”

With a decent tailwind she could walk to Ohio for free faster than she could get through the DHS Personal Space Invader and board the plane!

So concerned is she about her privacy that she just HAD to tell her tale to the MSM.

We learned in 5th-Grade Health Class how babies are made. Did she not get that far?

There is a coordinated campaign across the country to keep this issue alive through the 2024 election.

The way this culture and the democrats are going, color me jaded, but I wouldn't be surprised if she got herself pregnant on purpose for the sole intention of bringing this lawsuit to change the law.

Anyone with such a callous disregard for life and another human being's suffering would not stop at the ethical or moral consideration of doing something like this.

Why not just have the baby? One of the greatest regrets is not having more children.

Constitutionally, the baby has a right to life. This hag does not have a right to kill.

Kentucky allows abortion up to the sixth week.

This thing with a vagina, purposely got pregnant and then waited beyond 6 weeks just so it could file a lawsuit.

Obviously a democrat.

Well, that’s certainly an option.

But her gripe is that she’s unable to get an abortion in her state. Having a child isn’t on her program.

Illinois and Ohio are one and a half hours away. Probably the time she spent at the party where she got knocked up.
