I have a thing that pumps a 2 liter bottle to about 120 psi. An arrow or pellet gun is the used to make a loud Mega BOOM (sort of like a internet story)
I did one in my backyard. Once. Ten minutes later I was speaking with three police officers in my backyard.
All the evidence had been removed so it was a short conversation.

If you have a neighbor you do not like identify them as the caller. If they check the phone number just say you are visiting another house (your house).
