The Hill posted he was planning on retiring from the Senate at the end of his term. I’m sure he is doing this to screw up the vote.

Notice how none of the Senate Repubs have said anything about Romney endorsing Democrats over Trump.
That’s because they agree with him, but he is retiring so can be honest.
