Public education is child abuse.
Kid is told he must sign.
Kid is going to sign.
Sort of like you get stopped by the cops and they ask "can we search your car?" The answer is no but quite often the police imply that they will hold you there until you say yes. So people say yes because they are under the delusion that is the only answer they can give.
Getting back to the subject at hand, nothing a minor signs, especially under duress, had any legal standing.

Just the THREAT from adult authority figures of unpleasant actions is one method of unwelcome coercion. I’m certain you know what that is, but I will say it out loud so there is no confusion.
Coercion is *forcing* someone to do something they are averse to through threat. Physical, emotional, or implied threat.
Commit your offspring to a government indoctrination asylum and they become the government’s children...
What happens to the government’s children is np longer the birthing serf’s business...

So we allegedly have a constitutional protection for free speech-—except when politicians and people in power decide we don’t.
And gun rights with so many regulations, fees, delays and exceptions that we don’t.
So the new Leftist trend is gag orders. From Trump cases outward.
Goes along with Biden’s trend Executive Orders. Except for the parties and yachts for politicians there is really no need to fund Congress now.

And if anything, twisting the kids’ arms to sign what is a legally non-binding agreement makes the school administration look bad in any proceeding against them.

It’s not an enforceable legal contract.
But I’ll bet the kids don’t understand that.
