There’s a video on YouTube of a guy talking to a young NYPD officer. The cop could barely talk in coherent sentences. He sounded dull, mentally challenged.

If your job is writing a speeding ticket for 10 over or enforcing some tax law on cigarettes maybe you have a problem.

Public safety should be their focus, not civil citations for BS Democrat throw crud at the wall hoping it sticks laws.

Another interesting factoid on cigarette smuggling.
The state in the Northeast with the lowest taxes on cigarettes is New Hampshire.
Incredibly more than half of the cigarettes bought in New Hampshire are not smoked by New Hampshire residents.
They are smuggled to high tax states like MA, CT and NY.
It is similar to prohibition—fortunes are being made in organized crime with this stuff.
