Putin is admitting defeat. He has not kept Ukraine out of NATO. He failed to conquer Kyiv. He failed to conquer Moldova. And he’s about to lose Crimea.

Victory for Ukraine is at hand!

It’s devolved into a pissing match between P and Z, with both of them knowing to lose means their death.

Just like Hitler and Stalin.

This reeks of desperation

Putin is running out of troops, but can’t do another mobilization before next March’s election, so he’s trying to force Ukraine to surrender now

It won’t work, of course ... there’s still many Black Sea Fleet ships left to sink!

If both sides have an 'honorable exit', then it could work.

Otherwise, never.

“The fighting will stop when “F”ING RUSSIA LEAVES.”

No. It will change from bang bang to trade problems. The main products that Russia exports to Ukraine are Coal Briquettes ($1.22B), Refined Petroleum ($1.2B), and Petroleum Gas ($386M). These are important life saving items, except for the bar be que wood, so it will turn into freezing and closing them out on their economy. This was never going to be a finished product until Russia decided, which they haven’t, to get serious.

During the US civil war, Union forces established a blockade of Confederate ports designed to prevent the export of cotton and the smuggling of war materiel into the Confederacy. The blockade, although somewhat porous, was an important economic policy that successfully prevented Confederate access to weapons that the industrialized North could produce for itself. In this case, it can successfully prevent the Ukraine from receiving trade goods they need and the Russians already control their energy needs. Something about ways of skinning the cat...

Hudna (temporary truce).

He’s got the Donbass. The rest is tougher to conquer and of less value per unit expenditure. I think he’ll take a boundary at the Dniper in that area.

Putin can withdraw the Russian army from Ukraine and end his genocidal war of choice anytime he wants. Are you listening, Chuckee?

How pathetic that some populists don’t believe Ukrainians have a right to their own borders, language and culture and must be slaves to the Moscow Kremlin once again.

Putin is hoping to keep what he has before the Ukrainians deploy F-16 fighters and ATACMS Unitary missiles. The end is in sight.

Putin, who invaded Ukraine twice, wants the war to end.

That’s great!! When is he leaving Ukraine territory?

Shelling women

In open trenches

In ww2

millions of unarmed russian civilians

Mostly old men - women

Charging with rakes - forks

The Germans slaughtered them

They werr attacking the Germans

Just to run them out of ammunition

Before the army would attack

You think this is fun

A shell shocked German told me about it

What a horrible thing to have on your conscience

Putin and his Muslim gymnast concubine from Uzbekistan are still chilling in their Valdai deep freezer. And Patrushev is getting tired of the recent performances of the double. As well as the double’s rapidly expanding waistline.

Putin’s Terror State is being boxed in like his ally North Korea. There won’t be any negotiation beyond ceasefire.

That is a lie. Trump said if he was president the war never would have happened.

Obama promised Putin in 2012 he could occupy Ukraine. When Biden was elected, it was time to fufill this promise.
