..and those law are only valid if they are pursuant to the Constitution as written and originally understood and intended.

...IF that statute is pursuant to the Constitution as written and originally understood and intended. Otherwise it is an invalid federal statute. MANY federal statutes are unconstitutional and, thus, invalid.

The Internet is international. The FCC can’t control what I write and post from Israel anymore than the EPA can control fishing trawlers in the Baltic Sea. There’s no basis for jurisdiction.
