Lack of public facilities might be a problem, but the other problem is that some people are just that way. A few years ago during my town’s summer festival, I caught a young man relieving himself across the alley behind a neighbor’s garbage can. There were plenty of public toilets available, including a multi-unit deal the size of a semi trailer, only a block away. I angrily called him out on it, and he nearly jumped out of his skin, but maybe he learned his lesson. Maybe.
They could bring this to San Francisco if it works.
I must have been a trend setter. Back in ‘93, I was visiting a friend down at the pier in SF, had to pee, and the line at the nearest bar was too long.
Thirty years later, it’s OK. Even to poop.
Both cities must regard the solution to this problem the same way.

You can hit him with a night stick, or a baton, or even a billy club. If you hit him with a nightclub are you going to use a Copacabana or a Moulin Rouge?
