Once given authority outside the home, they have no other template than to act like like the men they desopise.
The perception is that “tough men” is true leadership.

The US guvmint and particularly public schools are a prime example of your premise, for influential change. Look where we are. The old school 20th century theologians and intellectuals—mostly male— died off.
The previous system eventually became riddled with noisy 60’s feminists in academia, rife in public schools and overtaken many churches.
The Blue Party loved the coastal states, their women metastasized in academia landing on campuses founded by pastors, and the churches fell in line like a paper tiger, birth control, school prayer pffft, birth control with gals today running around in holy places in a replay of Eve, beguiled with power and not place.
The beginning was the beginning and the Truth of it has been repurposed. Frogs warmed over centuries as the blessed peoples and nations became cultural belligerents despising its first love and obedience. Eve is loosed and silly. But, I’m a radical on feminists, so there’s that. 😚
And, around these parts, the house is run by 60s commie retread feminists who act like tyrants on EVERY thread where feminism MUST be defended.
I don’t even have to GUESS their position on the ordination of females.
And, if you use reason to convince them, they run complaining about “meh...meany!”

Dinesh D’Souza is a grifter and should be paid no-never-mind.
All that so-called evidence in his 2000 Mules movie happened again in 2022.
And D’Souza just ignored it, didn’t care and moved on to the next video-grift.
Then, intrepid researchers on Truth Social found out that what was claimed to be a map of Atlanta GA, turned out to ACTUALLY be a map of Moscow RU rotated to mimic Atlanta.
And Gregg Phillips turned out to be operating as a CHR for the FBI during the whole time he was developing 2000Mules with D’Souza.
