Most people here have probably forgotten than in the defamation lawsuit brought by Dominion against Powell (and others), her official defense was that she couldn't be guilty of defaming anyone because her public statements were so outlandish, zany and clearly false that "no one would believe them."

Nowhere in my post do I suggest that Powell was hired in this particular case. You are either hallucinating or lying.
Sorry to sound so negative, but I would claim the swamp already owns us, and after they complete the destruction of Trump there will be no hope of ever reversing that situation.
You all are jumping the gun, Powell has nothing to say that is going to hurt Trump. She was way over charged with like 7 felonies they could never prove. She is pleading guilty to non-felony charges with almost zero consequences. What else could she do? They would financially ruin her even if she beat all the charges.

For sure… but Sydney was looking in all the wrong places.

The Atlantic was purchased and taken over by chi-com affiliates. They came out with the fake story about Trump denigrating dead soldiers at Normandy.
The prosecution with Sidney over reached with 7 felony charges which were all dropped. If there was an actual crime, there would still be felony charges. The misdemeanor charges are a way for the prosecution to save face and give the leftist media like The Atlantic the semblance of red meat to feed to their drooling low information supporters.
Sidney has nothing to give them as far as anything remotely criminal. First, no crimes occurred on Trump’s behalf, and if crimes did hypothetically occur, they wouldn’t hesitate to throw Sidney in jail for the maximum possible sentence.
I write this as someone who supports Ron DeSantis.
given their, ahem, flexible moral code, lawyer defendants can usually be relied on to grab a deal in exchange for flipping. It’s in their DNA.

The Trump campaign fired her on 11/22/20 but she continued blabbing on in her own capacity after that.
