And while Israel's death toll is currently about 700, Ukrainians deaths are currently about 70,000 (plus several hundred thousand wounded). So Ukraine is a far greater humanitarian catastrophe than Israel.
Plus, Ukraine is weaker than Russia, whereas Israel is stranger than Hamas.
Yet even so, while I sympathize (and have donated to Catholic relief efforts), I do not think the U.S. should be involved. In Ukraine or Israel.
Good point. Both Europe and the U.S. are full of Muslim migrants. We need to focus on our own borders and domestic security, not foreign wars.

But they are going to have to relent when global media starts reporting the connection.
