I've only been to Cody, WY, and loved it. I have less than zero interest in skiing, so I'll keep clear of Jackson.

Most people would say that aside from the usual Amtrak concerns, it's okay to use for a long journey in snow.

Still an EV.
Point is that a lot of people here are lumping all EVs in together when the characteristics of a Hybrid EV or Fuel Cell EV are considerably different than the Battery Electric Vehicles everyone is denigrating.
The US at one point was building HEV battleships and carriers which were pretty successful.
