The new Sun Tzu..
Take one weapon from column A, sell on the black market to column B, give 10% to the big guy, and 50% to the little Zit.
That’s the Sun Tzu trading company. Hey, no ones come out with Zelensky trading cards, each one marked with how many people have died to achieve the little Z’s objectives, or not. Putin has his own set of trading cards, but they are only available from the BRIC card company.

I find it hilarious that everything that Russia reports is lie, but everything the Ukraine reports the truth.

“Russian forces have gained more territory in Ukraine this year than the Ukrainian side...”

Stalingrad wasn’t much territory, but determined the outcome of WWII in Europe.

The total number of Russian military personnel killed is 278,570...

If true, the KIA is over 6 Vietnams already in just two years. The number can't be right and the Russian people be sane at the same time. The claim of 278k has to be wrong.

I said back at the beginning that all sides were lying to us. And there are a lot more than two. I think I ID’d 5 in that post from early last year, but there are more than that, even.

That would have passed for humor 19 months ago but not now, not after what the Russian Navy and Air Force have run into and its Army losses so extraordinary, the aid that our nation and our NATO allies are giving Ukraine is clearly being seen on the battlefield and the seas.

Well, what ever happens better happen fast—winter is coming and Soon rain will turn Ukraine into a mud pit—no one, no tanks or anything will be able to move. Then comes the snow and cold. No advances, no victories—just cold and suffering. General Winter is Russia’s greatest ally, always has been. Yes, they will lob rockets at each other, fill headlines with useless propaganda victories—and the war will drag on until the elections heat up in Europe and the USA. The war be decided in Iowa not Kiev or Berlin.

NATO Testing Waters on Buffer Zone as Ukraine Offensive Grinds to Halt

Update for the conflict in Ukraine for October 2, 2023

< - Ukraine’s offensive is now at the 4 month mark, exhausting its potential and failing to achieve any of its objectives;

- The Western media admits that Russia has actually gained more territory this year including during the Ukrainian offensive despite being on the defensive;

- Russia continues degrading a variety of Ukrainian military capabilities the West cannot sufficiently replace while maintaining pressure along the line of contact;

- Both the Russian economy and its military industrial base are admittedly growing while Ukraine and its Western sponsors exhaust their stockpiles, lacking the ability to renew them;

- The West continues talking about building military industrial projects within Ukrainian territory, with the UK recently claiming they may send British troops to “train” Ukrainians in Ukraine;

- This appears to be the foundation for creating a “buffer zone” within western Ukraine, similar to the US-Turkish occupation in Syria, meant to freeze the conflict;

Questions to pose to Biden and the House and Senate.
Who is the more believable: Zelensky or Putin?
Who is the more corrupt: Zelensky or Putin?
Which is the primary, corruption slush fund for corrupt U.S. officials: Ukraine or Russia?

General winter worked for Russia, but also for Ukraine

Atacms, tarus, f-16s, himars, Excalibur, cluster, jdams…. Will be interesting to see how well Russia can supply its troops and protect its assets

Hiding in wood lines has not been that effective, hiding in leafless tree lines much less I would imagine

Personally a few months of attritional battles will favor the Ukrainians

But who knows
