Johnson is the House representative for Georgia House district 4 which is 60% black.
His constituents don’t care if he is dumber than a box of Kamalas.
As long as he is able to use his position in the House to aid and abet the theft of taxpayer money and distribute it to the blacks they will keep voting him into office.
