If this had been a Federal Judge making this decision, there might be a chance it could be overturned. However, this was a state judge in New York, effectively a one party Democrat run state. From the janitor to the Governor, the Empire State is corrupt and leftist.
Pure comedy. None of this has a chance at standing up. More political posturing by activist judiciaries.

Trump's Save America PAC has paid this guy and his firm 4.5 million dollars for this case alone. The least Trump's campaign donors could ask for is that he at least use their money to buy some decent legal counsel

As long as property/real estate taxes exist, you never actually own property, you're just renting it until you can no longer afford to pay the taxes, at which point the government will "relieve" you of it.
Democrat persecution of Trump have made a mockery of the justice system. There are no injured parties in this case. How is it that the NY has standing? Mind boggling. It’s been said many times, if they can bankrupt Trump, no one is safe. Chilling.
