What idiots! LGBTQ probably less than 5% of the population, and they will never champion or drink bud light. Might have well just pandered to headhunters in Micronesia. They miss the point, never asked the questions? Why was bud light loosing market share? Eighty zillion local beers, specialty beers, and just no new cool advertising. LGBTQ was a political point, trust upon those who didn’t want beer or beer related activities to be political. Stupid.
The company pushes wokeness. Its wildly unpopular and causes their sales to tank. Workers lose their jobs because sales are tanking. Workers then complain they should have pushed more wokeness and the right thing to do is to tell their customers to shove it.
I’m glad these people are unemployed. Fire the rest of them who think that way. Your customers are your bosses. Without them, there are no jobs. I don’t give a damn about how you feel about this or that issue. Shut your yap and make products people want to buy at prices they are willing to pay. You can push your politics on your own time.

A friend of ours works for a Bud distributor. He’s been with them for 15 years. The business has been absolutely crushed by this.
We feel bad for him. He’s a really good guy. He may be out of a job before the end of the year.

I would suspect that she never worked at a dock job or any other “lower level” job in her privileged life. Upper management should come from within the company. Too many “Chiefs” and not enough “Indians”.

That's what I've been saying for a while now. It was a successful rebrand of the product. Unfortunately for the company, the target audience is extremely tiny (but loud).
