Mexico and the Central American countries can deal with them, or have their U.S. funding cut off.

Well, since President Trump already got 450 miles of wall built with the Democrats, Republicans, Court System, and Congress fighting him every step of the way, I'm pretty sure he'll finish the rest of the wall once he gets back in.
