There will be nothing in their way of banning White People forever.

I think it’d be unconstitutional to get rid of any of the bill of rights.

The Bill of Rights consists of amendments to the Constitution. Any amendment can be repealed by another amendment as Prohibition (18th) was repealed by the 21st.

Any amendment that is in conflict with the Constitution is null and void.

Once an amendment is ratified, it becomes part of the Constitution. By definition, it is not in conflict with the Constitution.

That’s just it.
Because it conflicts with the amendment it cannot legally become a legal law.

You cannot vote away or “amend” our rights, especially those given to us by God!

Yes God!
Man, regardless of how many “amendments” he passes or how many people wish it .. man cannot take away our God given natural rights!

That is, unless, like you, they make everyone believe that they can!

The proposed "Right to Safety Amendment" would

...disarm law-abiding Americans, while doing nothing to boost police protection or combat criminals.

To be fair to them, this is the actual correct procedure for them to accomplish what they want, which is the eradication of the Second Amendment right. Not the death of a thousand cuts that they’ve been trying.

It’s still evil - but the old hippie crowd of true believers in this crap are dying off and they’re desperate to get their agenda accomplished before then.

The reason why the democrats are so scared is because there is currently a case upcoming on the SCOTUS docket which will allow SCOTUS to declare ALL state laws null and void in regards to firearms

Which case is this?

Once the left demonstrates that it can respect and follow the existing Constitution, according to the authors’ original intent (not some made up perversion of it), then maybe they can talk about amending it. Of course, the odds of that happening are precisely zero.

If politicians succeed in making the semi-auto arms favored by the street illegal, the streets will fill with black market versions of same that have select fire.

Blueprints are open source and machines are everywhere that can cut the pieces from stock. We could make crude, but effective weapons in our shop.

For the amendment to be considered, two-thirds of state legislatures would have to vote in favor of a convention, according to the Times.

I'll take: "Things that will never happen" for $1,000.00, Alex.
