In 1982 the national Republicans signed a Consent Decree that stopped them from fighting ballot fraud. This was under the guise of charges that the Republican Party used "voting security" as the weapon to keep minorities from voting. When this happened I was yelling to anyone that would listen it was the intent of the people in charge of the RNC to take as much money as they could get their hands on and let our country die.
This decree was finally ended in 2018 but our illustrious RINOs are trying to maintain the status quo because it is so easy for them to get handed the scraps thrown at them by the Dems. They don't want to call out the ComDem Party for their illegal and unconstitutional voting actions.

I have not attended law school and seriously doubt I could pass the bar examine. However I have read the 14th Amendment. It explicitly puts the federal legislature in charge of making sure state governments give US citizens equal protection under the law.
