Here's a photo.
However as to the 5th, someone charged with 91 counts said “So there are five people taking the Fifth Amendment, like you see on the mob, right? You see the mob takes the Fifth. If you’re innocent, why are you taking the Fifth Amendment?”
But it is legally allowed.
If you're done putting words in my mouth, then please explain why you seem to think that it's wrong for someone to take full use of their rights under the law.

Turley, Levin and the others saying the charges are easily batted away are the defendants exercising their rights?
The basis of your argument is that we should be assuming Trump's guilt because he's dragging out proceedings while saying publicly that the charges are easily dismissed. You coyly ask why he's doing it when you know you're planting the thought that he's doing it because he's guilty.
You can deny it and point to your not using the word "guilt," but we all know what you mean.

The Jury Pool receives 24/7 news feed that Trump is guilty.
Smith and James, A Nazi Love Story.
No, not Trump’s guilt. Or the guilt of any of the 19. But rather the charges may indeed be more serious or strong rather than the weak charges the pundits & legal pundits are claiming. Yet Trump’s lawyers are reacting much differently to the charges rather than the weakness of them.
They want their voter base to be angry at the Democrats, be angry at the Deep State, be angry at the judicial system that was weaponized against their candidate. Do you not see that?
Don't you see that if the Trump team takes a lax carefree attitude to the charges that it might translate into a message of lack of urgency within the voter base?
You keep referring to "pundits." Do you believe that the pundits have Trump's best interests at heart? Should Trump listen to the pundits who gave themselves Pulitzer prizes for the Russia collusion hoax? Or should Trump, who has repeatedly referred to the LAAP-dog media as "fake news," now listen to the pundits and adjust his legal strategy to their say-so?
The rest of us know that the media pundits purposely try to manipulate weak-spined Republicans with agitprop stories intended to coerce them into acting against their own interests. We know that President Trump calls them out on it and knows what they're trying to do. Why don't you?

Im speaking of Trump friendly pundits. They’re deep state?
Well, how many times can you say EF YOU to a person.

“This has been a long-standing Democrat strategy — they accuse, and if you dare to defend yourself, then that’s a crime. You’re supposed to just lie down and take your beating.”
It’s all very Soviet.
I believe that the prosecutor in the Kyle Rittenhouse case said as much during the trial.
My hope of seeing all these cretans paying a price will never come to pass
You ask why does “that” bother me? I guess I’m a truther on matters such as this. Formenting anger for angers sake isn’t my thing. Fight with facts. And deal with the facts. Not present them as nothing and in reality fight them as serious. It’s a win the battle (perception), lose the war (execution) mentality.
