Ukrainians are not losing. They have pushed the Russian military back to a defensive position. Putin probably hopes that they can hang on so he can salvage something from his idiotic war.

Does Russia take ALL of the children and relocate them to some Russian village a thousand miles away? Does Russia steal all of the gas, wheat, and minerals from Ukraine and leave the ground desolate?
Please, describe what your “peace” looks like. The world has seen Russian “peace” in Eastern Europe, North Korea, and Chechnya. I am pretty sure no one wants that kind of “peace.”

Losing is tough, particularly for those that tune-in the ‘Nightly News’ to see ‘what’s going on’, and think Ukraine is winning - just to find out the opposite when they click on some unbiased links often posted here, such as The Duran, or Dima.
I would certainly hate to be in those shoes. Imagine all of the otherwise-innocent people in the eastern part of Germany realizing that the Soviets are at their doorstep and they a few things they plan to ‘settle’ with Germans. No doubt that the Nazi (think Western Media) propaganda had them convinced that they were about to celebrate victory...only to realize that TOTAL HELL awaited them.
So, yes, I feel bad for those who bought into the propaganda, although that’s rarely the case here as we have people on all sides of the war, and so it’s easy to find the truth through the propaganda, and those still claiming that Ukraine is 10 Klicks* from Moscow FULLY understand the truth of the situation.

Based on what. All of the STUPIDITY that I see is from the West, blowing up Russian pipelines and bridges, for starters. Any Soviet leader would have already ‘liquidated’ the problem...Putin is willing to rough it out, for now.
A shattered Russia would be great. The world has had enough of their imperialism and invasions. The imperialism of the stupid vodka swillers. No one wants tive under the Russian boot. Every nation neighboring Russia hates them, and their aggressive talk and aggressive policies.

I know there's long term propaganda out there which says that Russia loitered around various towns and cities in the Ukraine to rape rape rape rape. It's as if there wasn't a war going on. On the one hand the propaganda warns that Putin will take over the war, on the other it seems he's slow walking that agenda by having soldiers stay in various villages to rape rape rape rape. Oddly enough, there is an image on some of the Ukrainian war threads which features a woman admitting she posts fake accusations of Russian war crimes online.
Colonel Douglas Macgregor has said for months that the Russians treat the Ukrainians well because they are fellow Christian slavs with whom Putin wants good relations. Raping/stealing children etc. would not reach those objectives. Macgregor also made the point, in his interview with Tucker Carlson, that surrendering Ukrainian soldiers know they will be well treated by Russians and can be traded later in exchange for Russian prisoners. I've seen a video of Russians interviewing a captured Ukrainian and was exhausted but not in fear of death or torture. I've also seen Ukrainian footage, filmed by Ukrainian soldiers and never denied by Ukrainian officals, of Russian soldiers told to lie face down on the ground and executed with a bullet to the back of the head.
Everything the supporters of the Ukrainian war says tends to be opposite reality.
Neither side of this war is populated by saints, both sides have good and bad people but Russia has an objective of good relations with fellow slavs and the Ukrainians have been bombing their citizens of Russian descent. Even on FR some Ukrainian proponents say that all Russians are pigs and should be shot etc.The toxic element in the Ukraine is the lasting cultural threads of the neo Nazis, who have been integrated into the Ukrainian National Guard. The neo Nazi fiendishness is the most likely reason many innocent people of the Ukraine fleeing to neighboring countries as refugees never want to return. With this proxy war, there will be little left for any Ukrainians to return to, and the males who don't flee are likely to die in the meet grinder.
So the public has been lied to for years and the truth is emerging.
Archbishop Vigano is on record stating all of the aid organizations working to help Ukrainians decry the monstrous child trafficking and butchery in the Ukraine - the children might indeed be safer thousands of miles away.These are just some of the reasons a Russian victory is far superior to a Ukrainian victory.
