Trump is the ONLY president to identify and buck or attempt to buck the deep state. I love Reagan and he was able to work around them to a degree. The Bushes were active or unwitting collaborators with the Deep State.
Trump was new to DC politics and didn’t fully recognize the malevolent influence of the Deep State or the degree of collaboration between the RNC, RINOs and the DNC and hard left. He was mainly focused on dealing with the mess the Clintons, Bushes and Obama had created And did make progress. All that DRESPITE unremitting attacks by a collusionary media, the RINO RNC, the Deep State, Academia and others.
If anything, Trump, despite his outward persona, really wanted to work with people towards the returm to America’s greatness and did not possess the killer instinct needed to deal with this vermin.
I think Trump has learned a lot about the snakes in his own party as well as tbe venomous vipers who infest and control all Fedetal agencies and he will be more effective in a second term in stamping them out. Which, of course, is why these traitors and seditionists in the Federsl agencies and Democrat judiciary and RINO establishment are attacking him now.
To clarify: What concrete actions are you referring to that he took to buck the deep state while in office?
Every initiative from stregnthening the border to making us energy independent,]to making European nations pay their share in NATO,into reducing unemployment, to eliminating WOKE training in government, ALL were initiatives OUT OF MANY that bucked the Deep State which is why they are out to kill him. BUT MOST OF ALL THEY WERE EXPOSED. He accomplished this while fighting traitor criminals like Paul Ryan, McCarthy, McDaniels, McConnell and others in his own party who are up to their butts im corruption with China and others.
The “Deep State” is more than a bunch of brainless or malevolently intelligent bureaucrats in DC.
