Why were counts put on the internet and sent to Italy and then back to the USA ?

On January 6, 2021, the Institute for Good Governance—a firm also headed by Edwards—released a joint statement with Nations in Action stating an Italian hacker named Arturo D’Elia had confessed to “using Leonardo computer systems and military satellites located in Pescara, Italy” to change U.S. election results. The Italian bureau of prisons later said it was investigating how two American men gained access to the Salerno prison where they tried to interrogate D’Elia. D’Elia told reporters that he had refused to speak with the Americans, and that he had no connection to the alleged conspiracy, saying, “I didn’t steal anything. I didn’t pass anything to anyone. I just created malware.”
According to Zack, the operation had been coordinated by the American embassy in Rome, with the help of Italian general Claudio Graziano who was a member of the board of Leonardo.
To my knowledge—and Barnes was quite involved in a lot of this-—it was bunk.
It makes sense that the easiest way to steal was simply stuff ballots via the “Mules.”
“counts” going to Italy or Germany don’t make sense if you have paper backup as in AZ. You’d have to know exactly what precincts to add paper ballots to make them match the computer counts.

Or you use a national level super computer to forcast the Trump vote and find how much to add as Biden + 2% over Trump.
Again, you’re missing the point. Paper ballots MUST be added at the precinct level in AZ before delivered. To date, no one has either a) found or heard allegations of people WITHIN precincts adding votes; or b) any ballot adding after delivery.
Let’s say Pinal County’s PRECINCTS, all in different places, all red, sent in their vote with their computer flash drives-—which by the way were backed up at the SoS office, so they can be checked. Someone would have to “adjust” those paper ballots at every location in question and at ALL specific precincts in question to match a computer backup.
No, this was stolen by mail-in ballots before hand. Those would not have a computer backup.
