My cyber ears always perk up whenever I read “not a conspiracy”. Especially these days...when we are literally overflowing with conspiracy “theories”.
It will be interesting to see if the survivors that owned that primo property will be allowed to “rebuild” on their own property now.... or if they will be forced by our “”friend””, big Government, to sell and forced to move somewhere else.
Normally, fire damage property owners would have insurance that would cover the rebuild, if they so choose. It’s done all the time... yet somehow I’m betting these Maui folks will not be allowed to do that. Time will tell and we’ll find out. Unless, much like the other “theories” that we never got answers for... this all just goes away and we never get hear about it or those property owners again. The PTBs may be counting on the public’s short attention span.
