Apparently you’re NOT as dead when you’re murdered by a “juvenile” as if you were murdered by an adult since the punishments are vastly different. I remember a case from near me from decades ago. A juvenile shot a little girl in the head with a pellet gun - killed her. His punishment? He was forced to write a 500 word essay on why what he did was wrong and then sent to California to live with his father. I’m sure the California thing was done to protect him from the relatives of the child he killed. I remember it because my kid was the same age as the murder victim and I briefly wondered what I would do if my kid were killed, answer the little sh!t would die slow and hard regardless of any consequences to me.
Sick stuff. No secret that everything favors the criminals.
He should be forced to shoot his own mother.

No one here asks why the victim didn’t call the cops.
I don’t know what it’s like in Albuquerque, but the cops take hours to show up around here (North County San Diego).
When they do show up, they don't do anything.
